My 1st tried was with plaster of paris when i have a hard time looking for gypsum and hv no problem with that. I was growing grey oyster then. I understand plaster of paris is an additional process from gypsum, something about heating it further and i read in the net when you add water to plaster of paris it turn into gypsum.
