Apr 25, 2018· The key thing is to get it DRY, DRY, DRY!! But you don't want to rush drying too much or the mold may crack. I made my mold, let it air dry, oven dried it the day of casting for 4-5 hrs, then put it on the BBQ for an hour(I also needed to burn out wax) before finally pouring. The hot mold will also help your pour fill out the details.
