Cellular Light Weight Concrete (CLC) is a version of lightweight concrete that is produced like normal concrete under ambient conditions. It is produced by initially making slurry of Cement, Fly Ash, and Water which is further mixed with the addition of pre-formed stable in a blender concrete mixer under ambient conditions.
