I don't have experience with the harbor freight machine but I used a similar one before. Here is my experience: Moving it to secluded locations will require an ATV or small lawn tractor. You might get by with a towable trailer dolly but it is a major pain in the ass. Find out where your nearest hydraulic shop is.

And I have seen the log splitters bouncing along the highway. It's that bouncing that I hope to avoid and I though perhaps suspension would keep it from bouncing on the tires.

17-01-2013· Anyone have any experience with the harbor freight trencher/backhoe? The current price ($2500)makes it look good. The problem I have heard is, it is light on the back end, I don't see that as a problem, I would make a 3-pt hitch and use my BS2200 as counter weight.
