(I am salaried retail & sometimes have to flip flop between day shift & 3rd shift). It lasts 10-12 hours. However, my work shifts often run 13+ hours.
So does crushing and snorting Adderall XR beads work or no? I've read mixed things about whether or not this is actually worth while aka does it eliminate the extended release component of the pill? I haven't really found any legitimate answers, so hopefully somebody can chime in here!
