A Teagle Tomahawk 404 was purchased which chopped the straw short and delivered it to cubicles on both sides as it passed down the aisle. Manoeuvrability of the machine around the tight yards and low power requirement suited the setup. Around 15 years ago the Tomahawk T404 was upgraded to a Tomahawk T404M, fitted with a Hammer Mill and 21mm screen.
